Definition that these T&Cs apply to all contracts between MerkadoLink and the client. It is expressly stated that the contractual relationship is governed by Spanish law.

4. Client’s Obligation to Cooperate

The client must provide all necessary information (product data, certificates, samples) accurately and in a timely manner.

5. Liability & Warranty

MerkadoLink provides consulting/brokerage services (best-efforts obligation) but does not guarantee final sales success. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence under Spanish law.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Mutual confidentiality of trade secrets and contact networks; compliance with GDPR.

7. Term & Termination

Notice periods for the conclusion of ongoing consulting mandates and conditions for termination.

 

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction: The courts of Castellón, Spain.
